Why am I torturing inspiring you with my writing? Well because I like you, of course! I like all people. I love conversation and this is just another way to engage. So hear me, talk to me, hang out for a bit!
I collect quotes. I love them! So I thought to myself; why not choose one every Sunday and write a short illustration (under 200 words – which is harder for me than it sounds) to accompany it? UPDATE: I now write these posts in EXACTLY 200 words – it’s kind of a fun extra challenge. 😉
My hope is that it gives you a little something to chew on, that it adds a little flavour to your Sunday mornings. If you have a favourite quote please share it in the comment section with me and I just might dedicate a Sunday to you!
Does contentment depend on your relationship status? is as good a place to start as any other.
It’s Wednesday. You’re tired. And it feels like you’ve already put a whole week in. When will it end??? UGH.
That’s why I decided to start up the Hump Day Chronicles! Spend a few moments with me and I’ll do my best to make you laugh, think, mad, cry and get you through to the weekend.
And please don’t be shy – I want to hear your reactions and thoughts. Happy Hump Day!
Have a look at The Mailbox to start you off.

Never, ever apologize for torturing your readers. And I can appreciate how hard it is to stick to under 200 words. It’s that two-hundred-and-first word that is a killer. Makes you feel like you have just earned the over-200-word karma. The only way around that is to write 199 words the next Sunday.

Thanks for the follow, Diana. A quote from George Carlin for you to chew on (on Sunday mornings)…”Is God so powerful that he can make a rock that he himself can’t lift?” Wonderful blog here, keep up the good work!

My latest favorite quote: “Worrying is carrying tomorrow’s load with today’s strength–carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.” Corrie ten Boom

Believe me, I completely understand. I am amazed at how much you are able to do with a new job. But just know that you got these awards because you are doing great work and if, with time, you find a few blogs you want to highlight and give awards to, you have these ready to go. Thanks so much for all the support and encouragement!

Thank you so much I am so humbled and honoured! Having said that, I am so new to the blogisphere and am unsure and frankly so very pressed for time, I am unable to and not even sure how to do my part in recieving and reciprocating an award. Now isn’t that just the longest run-on sentence ever??? 🙂
