Absolutely — I just got back from the farmer’s market and was preparing the beets, onions, radishes, green beans and chicken — thinking about dinner tonight. I was standing in the kitchen, all alone, grinning like a food, because I had that feeling!

I DO get that feeling! I love when that happens. And when it doesn’t look inside to see what’s going on that won’t allow it in. I believe that feeling is always available to us if we let it in.

I have gotten those feelings, Diana, and to illustrate our oneness, I’ve written about many of them this past month, as I know you’ve commented upon.
It gives me comfort to know that friends are experiencing the same stages, experiences and reactions to this life as I am, no matter the many miles between us. 🙂

We escaped the worst of it, just a lot of wind. The other Atlantic provinces fared much worse with we did, with power outages and such. It’s beautiful here now.

Diana these feelings can come all year round. Yesterday I was on a cold windy beach and a small willy wagtail flew straight to me and landed near my feet. he looked up at me as if to say look at me aren’t I wonderful and I answered yes you are beautiful. With that he flew away and I had been blessed by nature on a cold and windy day on the beach.
